Tiger Tots (3 - 4 ½ yrs)
We have designed an age specific martial arts program for children aged 3 to 4 ½ years. The class consists of games and drills that help develop balance, coordination, strength and reflexes as well as developing confidence, discipline and listening skills. Students will be jumping, running, hopping, stretching, dodging, blocking and kicking all while maintaining the importance of self control.

Pee Wees (5 - 7 yrs)
This class focuses on helping students develop physically as well as mentally. Classes consist of dynamic movement and martial art drills that increase strength, awareness, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Parents also love our classes because of the discipline and structure that is emphasized by the instructors. Students develop so much self-confidence that they will feel that they can accomplish anything as long as they work hard, a value that is difficult to teach and learn.

Juniors (8 - 13 yrs)
The Junior class is a physically challenging class that instills the importance of discipline, respect and integrity. Students will study the traditional art of Kung fu by learning different blocks, strikes, kicks, forms and simple self-defense techniques. More importantly, students begin to understand the correlation between working hard towards a goal and accomplishing that goal. This allows our students to not only succeed in their Kung Fu class, but give them the tools necessary to succeed in school and in life. Twin Dragon students are required to hand in their report cards and can earn "Academic Achievement" patches to reward them for their hard work.

Adults (14 yrs and Up)
Our Adult class is offered 6 days a week, giving our students the convenience of attending class whenever their busy schedules allow. No matter if you're goal is to attain a black belt, learn self-defense, get into shape or find a new, fun and challenging activity, our Adult class is the answer. Classes consist of kicking and punching drills; learning and practicing self defense techniques such as wrist, elbow and shoulder locks that stress control of your opponent; martial art conditioning exercises; escrima, staff, tonfa and other weapons training; and practicing many of the requirements needed to move on to the next colored rank
